Lemon juice promotes hydration by enhancing water flavor which can make you drink more. It’s a good source of vitamin C and antioxidants.This is a lemon juice recipe prepared in a very different way.
To prepare this, first of all take a mixing jar and add required amount of sweet, 5 or 6 almonds and 3 or 4 cardamoms and grind it well. To this powder you can add peeled and pitted lemon, add a piece of ginger and required amount of water and beat it well. Strain it into a bowl and serve with ice cubes.
