Ingredients
China grass-8 gm
Tender coconut water-2 1/2 cup
Sugar
Tender coconut pulp
Milk-3/4 glass
Condensed milk-1 -2 tbsp
Preparation
First jelly preparation. For this, soak china grass in water for 10 minutes. After that take a sauce pan add tender coconut water, sugar and soaked china grass mix all then boil it well transfer this to a round plate through a strainer then let it thick enough, after that cut it into desired shape.
Grind coconut pulp, sugar, milk and condensed milk together, then mix the juice and jelly in a jar, then serve it.
