Potato, Wheat breakfast

Potatoes,They’re rich in vitamin C, which is an antioxidant. Potatoes were a life-saving food source in early times because the vitamin C prevented scurvy. Another major nutrient in potatoes is potassium, an electrolyte which aids in the workings of our heart, muscles, and nervous system.

Same, wheat contains several important nutrients, such as: Fiber which aids in digestion. Vitamins, such as Vitamin B, niacin, thiamine, and folate. Minerals, such as zinc, iron, phosphorus, manganese, and magnesium.

A healthy breakfast with potato and wheat flour

Ingredients

wheat flour

boiled potatoes-2-3

salt

chilly powder

cumin

garam masala

coriander leaves-1 handful

Preparation

Take a bowl, add wheat flour first, then add other ingredients one bye one, take masala powders less quantity, finally, add boiled and mashed potatoes, knead it well, add water if required, make this a soft dough. Divide it into medium sized balls. Take chapathi roller, then flatten it into thin chapathi, fold it from all sides, then flatten it again, after this process done, put this into a hot pan, then cook well.
