Ingredients
banana-1
maida-2 cup
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
sugar
rice flour-3/4 cup
oil for frying
baking soda-1/4 tsp
water
Preparation
Slice banana into thin pieces. Prepare a thick batter of maida rice flour , salt, sugar, turmeric and baking soda. Heat oil in a pan, dip banana slices in the batter then fry it in hot oil.
