A simple sweet snack recipe..
Ingredients
gram flour-1/2 cup

rice flour-1/4 cup
salt
water
oil
sugar
Preparation
Take a bowl, add flours, salt and water together, knead it well and make a soft dough, take idiyappam maker with large holed mould, fill the dough. Heat oil in a pan, press the dough into the oil, fry it well until it become crispy, melt sugar in another pan with some water, add cooked crispy snack to sugar syrup, coat it well, then keep aside for cooled down, after some times use it.
