Curd is one of the valuable therapeutic foods. It aids smooth digestion, and helps in the treatment of gastro intestinal disorder, jaundice and even sleep disorder.

We can make thick curd in our home within 1/2 hrs with a packet of milk

Boil 1 packet of milk well, then let it cooled down, take original curd, add 2 tsp into the milk, mix well. Take this mix in a bowl. In a pressure cooker, pour hot water, then put the curd bowl after it, cover it with a plate, close the lid of pressure cooker, then keep aside for 1/2 hrs. Now thick curd is ready to use.
