How to Make Dosa without Urad Dal

Who doesn’t love a good crispy dosa? If you have some good sambar with it, get it. You can prepare crispy dosa without urad dal.

Ingredients

• Raw rice – 2 cups
• Groundnut – 1 cup
• White aval – 1 cup
• Fenugreek – 1/4 tsp
• Salt – just enough

How to prepare

• Mix raw rice, groundnut, aval and fenugreek together and wash them well, add enough water and soak them for 4 hours.

• Then grind it without grains and leave it to rise for 8 hours.

Add enough salt to the leavened flour and mix it.

• After applying oil to the hot dosa stone, scoop out a spoonful of the risen dough and bake a nice crispy dosa. Can be eaten with sambar and chammanthi.
