Samosas are mostly made from store-bought samosa sheets, but can be made at home very easily.
Items Needed:
Ingredients required to prepare Samosa Sheet:
Maida – 1 cup
Wheat powder – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Enough water for kneading – 100 ml
Ingredients required to prepare Samosa Filling:
Potatoes – 3 small boiled
Onion – 1
Ginger garlic – chopped into powder
Green chillies – depending on the spiciness
Green peas – soaked and boiled
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 3/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
salt

Method of preparation:
Mix all the powders needed for the sheet and heat the oil and mix it with water. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Now let’s prepare the masala:
Saute onions, green chillies and ginger in oil. Add the powder and make it smell green. Add boiled yam and stir.
After 30 minutes spread the dough and make a rectangle. Shape it with a knife. After that make it into a samosa shape and fry it in oil.
