Ingredients
beef liver-1 1/2 kg
chilly powder-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
salt
curry leaves
ginger garlic paste
turmeric
oil
mustard
ginger garlic crushed
green chilly
onion
salt
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
meat masala-1 1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
pepper powder-1 tsp
Preparation
Cook liver in pressure cooker with chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric, ginger garlic, salt and curry leaves . Heat oil in a pan, add mustard to pop, next add ginger garlic and green chilly, add onion and salt, saute it well, next add masala powders, mix well, then add cooked liver, combine well, add pepper powder and garam masala, cook it until it become dry, then turn off flame.
