Preparation
Cook all vegetables in a pressure cooker with water and salt. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, next add dry chilly, mix in oil, add onion, garlic and green chilly, saute it well, next add cooked vegetables, add coconut milk along with it, boil it well, add fennel powder and cardamom powder, once the water completely absorbed, add more coconut oil, heat it well, then turn off flame.
