Ingredients
maida-2 cup
oil-2 tbsp
salt
lukewarm water-1/2 cup
yeast-1 tsp
sugar-1 tsp
oil
onion-3
green chilly-3
garlic paste-1/2 tsp
ginger paste-1 tsp
curry leaves
salt
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
chicken crushed-250 gm
coriander leaves
tomato ketchup-2 tbsp
egg-1
salt
pepper powder
bread crumbs
oil for frying
Preparation
Mix maida, salt and oil in a bowl, combine yeast, sugar and lukewarm water in a bowl, then add to maida, knead it well and make a dough, rest it for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic, green chilly and salt, saute it well, then add masala powders, combine all, add chicken, after mixing well, add coriander leaves and ketchup, mix well, then turn off flame. Take the dough after 1 hour, knead it again and make medium balls, flatten it , then cut it into 4 pieces, add filling in each piece, then fold it like triangle, after the process is done, dip the mix in egg, then coat it with bread crumbs, now fry it well.
