Ingredients
coconut-1/2
chilly powder-3 tbsp
coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp
turmweric-1/2 tsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
salt
tamarind-3-4 pieces
water
oil
ginger+garlic-1 tbsp
shallots chopped
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat a pan, add coconut, roast it until it become golden brown, then add masala powders, heat it well, then turn off flame, grind it after the heat gone, then add to a clay pot, add salt, water and tamarind, boil it well, now add fish, boil it until the thickness become correct, then turn off flame. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic, saute it well, add shallots chopped and curry leaves, roast it well, then turn off flame.
