Preparation

Prepare a maida dough with maida, salt and water, then add oil dalda mix, knead it well and make sit soft, rest the dough for 15 minutes, then take it, knead it again then divide it into equal 9 balls, flatten each ball into thin layers, cut it with a kniefe and make thin long layers, stretch it with your hand , then roll it, after done this process, flatten it again with your palms, then cook it in tawa.
