Ingredients
brinjal-2
chilly powder-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tbsp
salt
cumin powder-1 pinch
lemon-1/2
water
oil
curry leaves
garlic crushed
Preparation
Chop brinjal into medium thick slices. Add masala powders, salt and lemon juice in a bowl, mix well and make a paste, marinate brinjal with this masala. Heat oil in a frying pan, add curry leaves and crushed garlic, then put brinjal one bye one, fry both sides.
