Ingredients
for rice
ghee-2 tbsp
shallots-1/4 cup
curry leaves
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
cooked rice
for chammanthi
coconut-1 cup
shallots-4
dry chilly-1
chilly powder
tamarind
curry leaves
salt
Preparation
Heat a clay pot, add ghee, then add chopped shallots and curry leaves, saute it well, add salt and turmeric, after mixing it well add cooked rice, combine all and keep in stove for 1-2 minutes, then turn off flame.
For chammanthi, add all ingredients in a mixie jar, then grind it well.
