Ingredients

Rice – 2 cup
Jaggery _300g
Cardamom -6
Cumin seed-1tsp
All purpose flour-1 cup/ (3/4)
Banana -3
Salt -pinch
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Coconut
Ghee -2tbs
Preparation
Soak rice for 3-4 hrs, then dry grind it with cumin and cardamom and make coarse powder, take this in a bowl, pour melted jaggerry juice with hot, mix well, add maida, combine well, add banana paste, mix it again, add salt and baking soda, after mixing it well add sesame seeds and fried coconut, mix everything. Heat oil in unniyappam pot, pour batter in each holes, fry it well.
