Mackarel Fish fry in banana leaf

Ingredients

for marination

Mackerel fish-6

salt

chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

garam masala powder-1/4 tsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

coconut oil

Other ingredients

tomato-1

onion-1

green chilly

curry leaves

Preparation

Marinate fish with the given ingredients, after some times fry it with curry leaves, then set aside. Add onion and green chilly to the same pan which is used to fry fish, then saute it well, add tomato, combine well, once it become soft and mushy, turn off flame, take banana leaf, add masala and curry leaves, put 1 fish above, then fold leaf carefully, once all fish covered like this, put it in a pan, and cook it in low flame for 10 minutes.
