Ingredients
rice-1 1/2 cup
jaggerry-250 gm
water -1/4 cup
cashew nut
coconut-1 cup
Preparation
Wash rice throughly, then strain water completely. Dry roast rice until it become crispy and brown. Roast coconut and cashews separately. Melt jaggerry , then keep aside. Grind rice, coconut, cashews together and make a coarse powder, then transfer it to a bowl, pour jaggerry accordingly, mix well, then make balls.
