Ingredients
bilimbi-1 cup
sesame oil-3 tbsp
salt
mustard
fenugreek
curry leaves
garic-5-8
ginger
chilly powder-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
hing-1/2 tsp
crushed jaggerry-2 tbsp
vinegar-2 tbsp
Preparation
Chop bilimbi into small pieces, add salt, mix well and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard and fenugreek, add curry leaves and garlic, saute it well, then add ginger, after sauting it well add masala powders, mix it in low flame, add bilimbi now mix it with masala, add crushed jaggerry and vinegar, mix well turn off flame.
