water-1/2 cup

coconut-1 cup

cardamom-1 tsp

salt-1 pinch

semiya-200 gm

Preparation

Melt jaggerry with water. Cook semiya in water, then strain water and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add banana pieces, saute it well, add coconut, mix all, add cardamom and salt, then add jaggerry juice, combine all. add cooked semiya, mix all until it become thick, then turn off flame, serve it in banana leaf.
