for cooking beef
boneless beef-1/2 kg
salt
chilly powder
garam masala
turmeric
for masala
oil
curry leaves
green chilly
ginger garlic crushed
onion-5
turmeric
fennel seeds powder
salt
Preparation
Prepare a maida dough by adding, salt, water and ghee, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, green chilly and ginger garlic, saute all well, next add onion, saute all well again, add salt and masala powders, after mixing well add crushed beef, combine all well, then turn off flame. Divide maida dough into equal small balls, then flatten it add filling, cover it with another chapathi, fold sides like flower , then fry it in oil.
