Uzhunnuvada

Ingredients

urad dal-1 cup

fenugreek-1 tsp

semolina-1 1/2 tsp

salt

cold water

onion-2

green chilly-2

curry leaf

pepper -2 tsp

coconut oil

Preparation

Soak urad dal and fenugreek for 3-4 hr, then grind it with 2-3 tsp of water and make a thick paste, add salt into it, mix it with your hand, then add semolina, mix it again, add chopped vegetables, after mixing it all heat oil for frying, take dough with your hand put a hole, then add to oil, fry it well.
