Ingredients
kanthari mulak
water-1 1/2 glass
salt
gingelly oil-2 tsp
mustard-1 tsp
curry leaves
garlic-15
ginger
turmeric-1/2 tsp
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
hing powder-1/4 tsp
vinegar-3 tbsp
Preparation
Add kanthari mulak, salt and water in a pan, boil it well until water dissolves completely, then turn off flame. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard to pop, then add ginger, garlic and curry leaves, saute it well, now add masala powders, mix all, add kanthari mulak, combine with masala, finally add vinegar, after boiling it well, turn off flame.
