chickepea soaked- 1 1/2 glass
salt

mustard
shallots-10-20
crushed garlic-4-5
chilly flakes
curry leaves
Preparation
Cook soaked chickpea in pressure cooker with salt and water. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add chopped shallots, roast it until it become slightly brown, then add garlic crushed, mix well, then add curry leaves and chilly flakes, saute it well, then add cooked chickpea, mix it well, once it become dry, turn off flame.
