ajjwain-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp
water-1 cup
Preparation
Take an idli plate, add wheat flour in each holes, then steam it well, next strain the powder into a bowl, add ajjwain, salt, turmeric and chilly powder, mix all well, then add water, knead it well and make a soft dough. Take idiyappam maker, brush oil inside, then fill the dough, press it on a tissue, and make round shape murukk, then fry it in hot oil.
