Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
water-1 1/2 cup
salt
oil-1 tsp
grated carrot and coconut
Preparation
Add rice flour to a pan, pour water, mix well, then add salt and oil, combine all well, then turn on flame, stir the mix well, once it become thick and non sticky turn off flame and transfer it to a bowl, wait for the heat gone, then knead it well and make a soft dough, brush idiyappam maker with oil, then fill the dough, add coconut and carrot together in idli plate, then press idiyappam in each hole, finally, steam it well.
