Broken Wheat Payasam

Ingredients

broken wheat -1 glass

water-3 glass

coconut milk thick

coconut milk-2nd extract

coconut milk 3rd extract

jaggerry-2 balls

ghee-1 tsp

cardamom-3-4

dry ginger powder-1/4 tsp

coconut pieces

black sesame seeds

cashew nuts

kismis

Preparation

Cook wheat with water in a pressure cooker, then transfer it to a bottom thick pan, boil it well, add third coconut milk, boil it until it become thick, pour jaggerry juice, stir it for 5 minutes, then add second coconut milk, continue stirring for 5-10 minutes, next add dry ginger powder and cardamom powder, then pour thick coconut milk, after a mix, turn off flame. Add fried coconut, cashew, kismis and sesame seeds to the payasam.
