Ingredients
for marination
chicken leg piece-5
ginger garlic crushed-1 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
curd-2 tbsp
salt
water
for coating
maida-3 tbsp
rice flour-1 tbsp
pepper powder
garam masala
salt
oil for frying
Preparation
Put deep holes with fork in chicken legs. Add masala powders, ginger garlic, salt, and curd to a bowl, add water , then marinate chicken with this masala, rest it for 2 hrs. Mix maida, rice flour, masala powders and salt, mix all well. Take chicken pieces, coat tightly with maida mix, then fry it well.
