Wheat Ada

Ingredients

wheat flour-1 1/2 cup

jaggerry-1/2 cup

water-1 cup

coconut-1 cup

salt

cardamom-3-4

Preparation

Prepare a sticky dough with wheat flour , salt and water, then keep aside. Heat a pan, add coconut, roast it until it become slightly crispy, then add grated jaggerry, combine all, add csrdamom, mix all, once jaggery melts completely turn off flame. Take banana leaf, put a thin layer of dough, add filling one side, then fold it, once all finished, steam it well.
