Banana Snack

Ingredients

banana-2

ghee

coconut-1/4

sugar

salt

poha-4 tbsp

rice flour-2 tbsp

sesame seeds-1 tsp

oil for frying

Preparation

Cut banana into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut, saute it well, then add banana pieces, mix both well, add sugar and salt, mix well, then turn off flame. Prepare a batter with banana, sugar, maida and water. Take banana mix, knead it well and take small portions from it, dip it in the batter, then fry it.
