Pesaha Appam

Ingredients

Raw rice-4 glass

urad dal-1 1/2 glass

coconut-1/2

coconut pieces-1/2

garlic-3

cumin-1 tsp

shallots- 25-30

curry leaves

coconut oil

Preparation

Soak rice for 3-4 hrs, then grind it with salt, cumin and garlic and make fine batter. Wash urad dal well, then dry roast it until the color become brown, grind it into fine powder, then add to the batter, mix both well. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, roast it well, then set aside, roast coconut pieces and shallots separately, then add all to the batter, add coconut also, mix everything well. Heat a pan, apply oil, then make dosas with this batter.
