garam masala-1 tsp

Preparation
Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric, then keep this aside. Crush coconut with chillies, garlic, ginger, and shallots. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add whole spices, next add onion, saute it well, add coconut mix, mix everything well, add chicken masala, garam masala and turmeric, mix it well, add chicken into it, mix well, then cook until chicken is cooked enough, add curry leaves and garam masala, mix all, then turn off flame.
