Green peas Curry

Ingredients

green peas soaked

onion-2

carrot-1

potato-1

coriander powder-1 tbsp

turmeric-1 tbsp

cumin-1/4 tsp

salt

green chilly-4

ginger

curry leaves

coconut milk-1 cup

cashews soaked-10

oil

water

Preparation

Cook green peas with salt, turmeric and water in a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, pop cumin, then add ginger and green chilly, saute it well, add curry leaves, then add onion, saute until it turns golden brown, then add potato and carrot, add masala powders and salt, mix well, add cooked green peas and water, boil it well until potato and carrot cooked enough, then add cashew paste, mix all again, add coconut milk, curry leaves and coconut oil, just heat it, then turn off flame.
