Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
coconut-3/4 cup
poha-1/4 cup
yeast-1/2 tsp
cardamom-1 tsp
sugar
salt
water
Preparation
Soak poha for 15 minutes, then grind it with coconut, and water, then add rice flour and other ingredients, grind it again and make a fine batter, rest the batter for 4 hrs, then pour it to oil applied plate, then steam it well.
