Wheat Poori

Ingredients

Wheat Flour : 1 1/2 cup

Sugar: 1 Tsp

Oil : 1 1/2 Tbsp

Salt : as required

water

Preparation

Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour, oil, salt and required water. Rest the dough for 5 minutes, then divide it into small equal balls, then flatten each ball into thin layers. Heat oil for deep frying, put it in oil, fry well.
