Palak Murukk

Ingredients

1.Palak cheera (spinach)=one handful

2.Green chilli=1

3.Water=1/4 cup + 6,7 tbsp

4.Coconut oil=as needed

5.Rice flour=1 cup

6.Besan flour=1/2 cup

7.Butter=1 tsp

8.Ajwain (ayamodakam)=1/2 tsp (optional)

9.Salt=as needed

Preparation

Wash Palak well, then add to a mixie jar, add green chilly, then grind it into fine paste, transfer it to a bowl. Add flours to another bowl, add butter, salt, and ajjwain, mix all, then add palak mix, knead it well and make a soft dough, fill the dough in idiyappam maker with star mould, press murukk to a surface, then put it in oil, fry it well.
