Amrutham Snack

Ingredients

amrutham Podi-3/4 cup

baking powder-1 tsp

egg-1

salt-1 pinch

sugar

oil-1/4 cup

cardamom powder

tutti fruity

Preparation

Add amrutham podi, and baking soda to a strainer, sieve it to a bowl. Blend egg, salt and oil together, then pour it to the flour, mix well, add cardamom powder, mix all and make a thick batter. Pour the batter to idli plate, then steam it well.
