Preparation
Add potato pieces to a pressure cooker, then add garlic, green chilly, turmeric, pepper powder, salt and water, cook it well, then open the lid and mash potato a little. Dry roast coconut with cumin and pepper , then grind it into fine paste, add this paste to curry, then boil it well. Finally, season the curry with mustard and curry leaves.
