Rice Payasam

Ingredients

rice- 1 cup

Sugar-2 cups

cashews

almonds

ghee

milk-2 ltr

cardamom-4

Preparation

Wash rice well, then add to a pressure cooker, add water, then cook it 3-4 whistle. Boil milk with 1/2 cup of water. Roast cashews in ghee, then keep aside. Heat ghee in a bottom thick pan, add rice, saute it well, then add sugar, mix it well, after 5 minutes of mixing add milk into it, combine all well, add cardamom powder, then add cashes and badam, mix well, then turn off flame.
