Preparation
Cut banana into small pieces, then add to a mixie jar, add cardamom, cumin and jaggerry juice, grind it into fine paste, add the mix to a pan, turn on flame, stir the mix without stopping, add ghee frequently, mix it until it become thick and non sticky, then transfer the mix to a plate, sit it tightly, then wait until it cool completely, then cut it.
