Ingredients
putt rice flour-1/2 cup
coconut-1/2
shallots
rice flour-1 1/2 cup
garlic-3
green chilly
cumin-1 tsp
boiling water-3 cup
salt
black sesame seeds-1 tsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Crush coconut and cumin together, then keep aside. Crush chilly, garlic and shallots. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed shallot chilly mix, saute it well, then pour hot water, then add salt, let it boil well, now add rice flours, mix it well, then transfer it to a bowl, knead it well by adding sesame seeds, then make soft dough, add coconut mix too, mix it again, flatten the dough into thick layer, cut it into small round shaped pathiri, then fry it in hot oil.
