Ingredients
rice flour 2 tspn
potato 2
onion 1/2
ginger 1 tspn
curry leaves
garam masala 1/4 tspn
chilly powder 1/2 tspn
turmeric powder 1/4 tspn
bread crumbs 1/2 cup
corn flour 2 tspn
oil
salt
Preparation
Mash boiled potato in a bowl, then add finely chopped veggies, add masala powders, and salt, mix all well, add rice flour, mix it again, then make this a dough, divide the dough into small bites, dip this snacks in maida , water mix, after that coat it in bread crumbs, finally, deep fry it in hot oil.
