1. Onion – 500 gms(3 nos)

2. Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

3. Green Chilli – 1-2 nos

4. Curry Leaves – 1 sprig

5. Salt – 1 tsp

6. Ginger – 1 tsp(optional)

7. Maida/Wheat flour – 8-12 tbsp

8. Oil – as needed

Preparation

Slice onion into thin pieces, add salt, mix it well, then keep aside for 10 minutes, after that, remove water, then add other green chilly, curry leaves, chilly powder , and ginger, mix all, then add maida in batches, knead it well and make a sticky dough, take balls from it, just press it above, then add to hot oil, fry it well.
