coriander powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
fennel powder-1/4 tsp
chicken-3/4 kg

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it well, then add ginger and garlic crushed, mix well until the raw smell gone, next add masala powders , mix it well, once the raw smell gone, add chicken into it, combine with masala, add tomato and salt, wait until it cooked enough, add pepper powder, boil it until the gravy become thick, add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
