Ingredients
Mutton-3/4 kg
coconut oil-2-3 tbsp
onion-1 1/2
ginger, garlic, chilly crushed-3 tbsp
curry leaves
tomato-2
pepper corn-10-20
cardamom-3
cinnamon-1/2
fennel seeds-1 tsp
kaskas
cashews-5-6
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
water
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onion, then ginger, garlic and chilly paste, saute it well. Dry roast whole spices, then grind it well and keep aside. Add tomatoes to the cooker, after mixing well add tomatoes, combine until it become soft, now add masala powders and powdered whole spices, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add mutton, mix it with masala, add water, salt and coriander leaves, mix it well, close the lid of cooker and cook it for 5-6 whistle.
