Ingredients
okra-1/4 kg
garlic
coconut-1
green chilly-5
shallots-10-15
chilly powder-1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
turmeric
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp
salt
coconut oil
mustard
shallots
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add shallots, and green chilly, saute it well, then add finely chopped okra, mix well, then cook it until it become soft. Dry roast coconut and shallots together, once the coconut become golden brown color, transfer it to a mixie jar, add a little water and grind it well after the heat is gone, then add coconut paste to okra, add more water and required salt, boil it well, finally, season the curry with oil, mustard, shallots and curry leaves.
