Ingredients
For Mutta Surka
Rice:2 cups( ponni rice , white rice )
Cooked rice:1/2 cup
Egg: 2
Salt
( some carrot, coriander leaf, green chilli)
For Beef Kuruma
Beef:1/2 kg
Onion:2
Green chilli:5
Ginger: small piece
Coriander leaf
Salt
Pepper powder:1 tspn
Garam masala:1/2 tspn
Coconut milk:1 cup
Preparation
For mutta surkka, soak rice for 5 hrs, then grind it well, add cooked rice, salt and egg, blend it again, then pour it to a bowl , add chopped vegetables, mix well. Heat oil for frying, pour the batter with a small laddle, fry it well.
For beef kurma, add beef, green chilly, onion, ginger, masala powders, salt and water to a pressure cooker, cook it well. Then add carrot and potato, cook it for 1 whistle, once the pressure gone, open lid and add coconut milk, let it boil, then turn off flame.
