Ingredients
rice flour-2 cup
salt
water-2 1/2 cup
coconut-1 cup
shallots chopped-10
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
coconut oil
Preparation
Boil water with salt, shallots, cumin powder, and coconut, then add rice flour after boiling it well, mix it about 5 minutes in low flame, add oil, transfer it to a plate, knead it well and make a soft dough, divide it into large balls, then flatten it with your palms, then cook it in tawa.
