Ingredients
Cooked Sago seed:1 cup
Milk: 1 1/2 cup
Sweetened Condensed milk: 3/4 cup
Fresh cream/ whipping cream :100 gm / 1 cup
Rose syrup/ strawberry syrup: 1 1/2 tbs
Tender coconut water : 1 1/2 glass
Tender coconut pieces : 1 cup
Coloured jelly cubes
Ice cubes
Preparation
Prepare jellys with jelly dessert, then cut it into small square shapes. Cook sago , then strain water. Add milk to cooked sago, then add thick cream, condensed milk, tender coconut , rose syrup, tender coconut pulp, and jellys, mix all well, then serve it.
