curry leaves
coriander leaves
rice flour-1/4 cup
gram flour-1/4 cup
maida-1/2 cup
masala-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1 tbsp
red chilly powder-1 tbsp
water
boiled egg
oil for frying
Preparation
Add finely chopped veggies, flours, masala powders and salt in a bowl, add water, mix well, then make a thick batter. Cut boiled egg into 4 pieces, coat the pieces with the batter, then fry it well.
